General Data Protection Law
In accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) – Law 13.709/2018, PLM – AUDITORIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, provides the form below so that the applicant is aware that in order to exercise their right of access to information, the data of the holder are protected and for this reason the applicant is aware of his civil and criminal liability for the improper or illegal use of the data obtained from PLM – AUDITORIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA.

CONSENT TERM FOR DATA PROCESSING
This document aims to record the free, informed and unequivocal expression by which the Holder (person to whom the personal data that are the object of treatment refer) agrees with the processing of his personal data for a specific purpose, in accordance with Law No. 13,709 – General Personal Data Protection Act (LGPD).
By expressing his acceptance of this term, the Holder consents and agrees that the person responsible for collecting the personal data of this form and of the professional resume sent via upload, called Controller, makes decisions regarding the treatment of his personal data, as well as carrying out the processing of your personal data, involving operations such as those referring to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction.

The Controller is authorized to make decisions regarding the treatment and to carry out the processing of the following personal data of the Holder:
– Full name
– CPF
– ID
– Email addresses
– Contact phone
— Purposes of Data Processing
The processing of the personal data listed in this term has the following purposes:
– Enable the Controller to identify and validate the existence of the Subject for the purpose of meeting the demand of the Subject of Personal Data.
– Enable the Controller to maintain contact by telephone or e-mail to meet the demand of the Data Subject.
– Enable the Controller to keep a record of the Personal Data Holder’s demand and its due fulfillment.
— Data Sharing
The Controller is authorized to share the Holder’s personal data with other data processing agents, if necessary for the purposes listed in this term, observing the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13,709.
— Data Security
The Controller is responsible for maintaining security, technical and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inappropriate or illicit treatment. In accordance with art. 48 of Law No. 13,709, the Controller will notify the Holder and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) of the occurrence of a security incident that may cause significant risk or damage to the Holder.
— End of Data Processing
The Controller may maintain and process the Holder’s personal data for 24 (twenty-four) months, counting from the holder’s registration date, through the contact area of the website (www.plmconsultoria.com.br). Anonymized personal data, without the possibility of association with the individual, may be kept for an indefinite period.
The Holder may request via email (dpo@plmconsultoria.com.br) to the Controller, at any time, that the holder’s non-anonymized personal data be deleted.
The Holder is aware that it may be unfeasible for the Controller to continue with the purposes described in this term after the deletion of personal data.
— Rights of the Owner
The Owner has the right to obtain from the Controller, in relation to the data processed by him, at any time and upon request:
I – confirmation of the existence of treatment;
II – access to data;
III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
IV – anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or treated data in violation of the provisions of Law No. 13,709;
V – portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulation of the controlling body;
VI – portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulation of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets;
VII – elimination of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of Law No. 13,709;
VIII – information of public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data;
IX – information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of denial;
X – revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of Law No. 13,709.
— Right to Withdraw Consent
This consent may be revoked by the Holder, at any time, upon request via email (dpo@plmconsultoria.com.br).
